Join us for an unforgettable evening supporting Scuba Access For Everyone and the life-changing freedom adaptive scuba can provide. Your ticket helps fund training, equipment, dive experiences, and support for divers with disabilities.
Along with great food, inspiring stories, raffles, and entertainment, guests will have the opportunity to bid on some incredible experiences — including fishing excursions, a Sunriver cabin getaway, a coastal home stay, a Disney vacation stay, paddleboarding or kayaking on Clackamas Lake, horseback riding, and so much more.

Help Us Create Waves of Change
On Saturday, October 17, 2026, Scuba Access For Everyone will gather for our Third Annual Waves of Change Gala—an evening dedicated to raising the funds that make adaptive scuba experiences possible.
At Scuba Access For Everyone (S.A.F.E.), we believe adventure should be accessible to everyone.
Our nonprofit helps adolescents, adults, and veterans with disabilities experience the freedom, confidence, independence, and community that scuba diving can provide.
For some of our adaptive divers, the water offers something especially meaningful: freedom from gravity, relief from the physical limitations they experience on land, and the opportunity to discover what their bodies can do.
Through fundraising and grants, S.A.F.E. helps provide:
· Free Discover Scuba Experiences for people with disabilities
· Grants toward adaptive diver certification
· Training opportunities for adaptive dive buddies
· Assistance that helps adaptive divers participate in dive trips and experiences
· Equipment, pool time, training, outreach, and other program expenses
Our annual gala is one of the most important ways we raise the funds needed to make these opportunities possible.
We Need Your Help With Our Live & Silent Auctions
We are currently collecting donations for the Waves of Change Gala live and silent auctions, and we would love the support of businesses, organizations, and individuals throughout our community.
Donations can be large or small. Individual items can become part of a themed silent auction package, while unique experiences and higher-value donations may be featured in our live auction.
Some of the items we are looking for include:
Travel & Experiences
Vacation rentals, hotel stays, weekend getaways, airline or travel credits, tours, scuba experiences, outdoor adventures, and unique experiences.
Tickets & Entertainment
Sporting events, concerts, theater, festivals, attractions, and other entertainment experiences.
Food & Drink
Restaurant gift certificates, wine, coffee, tastings, chef experiences, specialty foods, and dining packages.
Services & Experiences
Photography, spa and wellness services, professional services, golf, recreation, classes, and other unique offerings.
Products & Specialty Items
Artwork, jewelry, handmade goods, merchandise, gift baskets, home and lifestyle products, and other auction-worthy items.

You don’t have to own a business or have an auction item yourself to make a difference.
If you know someone who owns a vacation rental, restaurant, winery, local business, service company, hotel, recreational business, or another organization that may be willing to contribute, please share this page with them or introduce them to us.
Sometimes one introduction can lead to an incredible auction item, a new community partner, or a relationship that supports S.A.F.E. for years to come.
Recognition for Your Support
Scuba Access For Everyone is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and we can provide appropriate donation documentation.
We would also love to recognize our auction donors through gala materials, event signage, social media, and other event recognition opportunities unless you prefer to remain anonymous.
